Tampa Campout Cancellation Policy

Registration for the 3rd Annual Tampa Campout is non-refundable.

Your registration reserves a specific full-hookup site for the entire six nights of the event. Because those sites are held for you and event costs are committed well in advance, we are unable to issue refunds for cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, early departures, weather, or changes in travel plans.

Extra nights

Extra nights before or after the campout are booked directly with the Lazydays RV Resort office at a reduced nightly rate and are subject to the resort's own reservation and cancellation terms — not this policy.

Event changes

If the hosts cancel the entire event, registered campers will be contacted directly with options. Individual activities within the week may change without affecting your registration.
